Musik Hack, the company behind the Master Plan, Fuel, and SweetEQ plugins, has launched its new online mastering platform, HyFi. Following a VIP soft opening, musicians and producers can now use the browser-based mastering service to produce professional results with minimal effort.
HyFi is an online audio-processing platform with mastering as its first available service. Musik Hack says additional audio-processing tools are in development. New users receive 10 free credits.
Powered by the same DSP technology used in Musik Hack products, HyFi delivers clear, loud, and saturated masters through a web browser. The platform works across mobile devices, tablets, and desktop computers. Users upload a mix, wait for processing, and receive a mastered version. They can then adjust loudness and tonal character and reprocess the track until it meets their preferences.
Preserving the Mix
HyFi is designed to preserve the integrity of a mix while enhancing it for maximum loudness. Its A/B comparison tool helps users evaluate results, and keyboard shortcuts speed up the mastering process.
Tracks can be mastered for as little as $0.99 each. Users pay only for what they use, with no subscription required.
